Return and Exchange

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery at no additional cost, including free return shipping. This hassle-free process ensures a seamless shopping experience.

  • Return Eligibility:
    Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, free from:

    • Pet hair or dander
    • Dirt, stains, or grass marks
    • Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
    • Damage or alterations
      Items should be packaged securely, either in the original packaging or an equivalent that protects them during transit.
  • Inspection Process:
    All returned items undergo inspection. Refunds will not be issued for items returned in unsellable condition.

Faulty Product Returns

If you receive a defective product, we will replace it free of charge. To initiate a return, contact us at info@ruggedrug.com or open a Support ticket with proof of the defect. Returns for faulty products must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before the packing and shipping process begins. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued, including delivery costs. Please contact info@ruggedrug.com or open a Support ticket to cancel your order.

  • Note: Once an order begins processing, we cannot cancel or alter it. In cases of force majeure, we are not liable for delays in the refund process until the situation is resolved.

Refunds

We at Rugged Rug, commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Rugged Rug is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

Shipping

Rugged Rug is responsible for return shipping costs. Every returning shipping is paid by Rugged Rug, even if the item didn’t have free shipping.
