Shipping Policy

Shipping Time: In-stock items typically ship within 4-6 business days. We understand you’re excited to receive your rug, and we strive to process orders quickly.

Custom or made-to-order rugs require a little more time and craftsmanship. Please allow up to 1 week for production before your rug ships.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on your order status. Please allow up to 3 additional business days for processing during these times.

Shipping Partners: We partner with reputable carriers like FedEx and UPS to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your Ruggedrug.

Shipping Costs: We’re delighted to offer free shipping on all online retail (B2C) orders within the contiguous United States. For wholesale orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Shipping Details: We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Our shipping providers observe specific holidays in their respective regions. Please be aware of these holidays when estimating your delivery date. Our order processing system is fully automated. While we aim for speedy delivery, we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times once an order has been placed.

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of government, or widespread disruptions (e.g., internet outages, pandemics), we will not be held liable for any delays or failures in shipping operations. We will, however, make every effort to resume normal operations as quickly as possible and keep you informed of any updates.

Additional Expenses: We are committed to transparency in our pricing. The prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes and duties for orders shipped within the contiguous United States. We strive to ensure that there are no unexpected charges at the time of delivery. However, in rare cases, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., changes in customs regulations, carrier policies, or remote area surcharges) may result in additional fees. These charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer. The total amount displayed in your shopping cart at checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email represents the most accurate and up-to-date pricing information. By placing an order with Ruggedrug, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Return and Exchange Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery at no additional cost, including free return shipping. This hassle-free process ensures a seamless shopping experience.

  • Return Eligibility:
    Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, free from:

    • Pet hair or dander
    • Dirt, stains, or grass marks
    • Signs of wear, washing, or improper care
    • Damage or alterations
      Items should be packaged securely, either in the original packaging or an equivalent that protects them during transit.
  • Inspection Process:
    All returned items undergo inspection. Refunds will not be issued for items returned in unsellable condition.

Faulty Product Returns

If you receive a defective product, we will replace it free of charge. To initiate a return, contact us at info@ruggedrug.com or open a Support ticket with proof of the defect. Returns for faulty products must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before the packing and shipping process begins. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued, including delivery costs. Please contact info@ruggedrug.com or open a Support ticket to cancel your order.

  • Note: Once an order begins processing, we cannot cancel or alter it. In cases of force majeure, we are not liable for delays in the refund process until the situation is resolved.
